Connect what customers say to what they experienced.

Review support conversations, Community discussions, focused in-app feedback, and public App Store and Google Play reviews without erasing the source boundary.

BTX brings several customer-feedback surfaces into one product workflow while keeping them distinct. Teams can review support conversations tied to known customers, a native Community social feed, focused in-app feedback, and public App Store or Google Play reviews. Each source retains the identity, product context, and evidence it actually provides.

Qualitative sources

Support, Community, focused feedback, and app reviews

Product context

Entry point, version, customer history, and supplied evidence

Public rating analysis

Store filters, star distribution, and monthly trend

Read each signal in the context it can support.

Support

Use a direct customer report to investigate and resolve an individual problem.

Community

Use discussion, votes, and replies to see which ideas attract participation.

Focused feedback

Use the product entry point and optional media to understand a specific experience.

Public reviews

Use ratings, version, locale, timing, and source links to monitor public sentiment.

Keep identity claims grounded.

A signed-in customer conversation can be connected to a stable customer record. Community can use that identity or a private anonymous member created on the device. Public app-review authors are not automatically treated as verified BTX customers.

Those boundaries matter when the team moves from a broad theme to customer-specific outreach or product investigation.

Turn repeated feedback into a specific question.

A useful theme should lead to a testable product or support question: which release was involved, which product surface generated the report, whether telemetry supports the symptom, or whether an approved article can resolve it.

BTX keeps the source records available so the team can revisit the evidence instead of relying on a detached theme label.

Frequently asked

Which public review sources are supported?

The current App Reviews product supports public Apple App Store and Google Play reviews for configured customer applications.

Is Community an external social-media integration?

No. Community is the native BTX social product feed for ideas and discussion. Support for other external social networks is not implied.

Can feedback be connected to product evidence?

Yes when the source supplies a known customer, product entry point, app or device context, or another linkable record. BTX does not manufacture context a source did not provide.

Keep every customer signal connected to the source that produced it.
